Freddie Sparrow Limited Marketing

What it costs

Every price here is real and every one is a range, because the honest answer to "how much" is a range until somebody has read your brief. No VAT to add — Freddie Sparrow Limited is not VAT-registered, so these are the figures you pay. A VAT-registered agency quoting the same number adds 20% on top, and you only get that back if you are VAT-registered yourself. Print artwork is the design and the print-ready files; the printing itself is quoted separately, because its cost depends entirely on stock and quantity.

Signage, displays and anything physical

Not on this list, because it is not sold from this page. Door signs, window lettering, QR and NFC displays, logo displays, prototypes and small batches are made by 3D Essentials — the same business, the same account, the same workshop — and are quoted there.

A job can be both. Red 1 Airsoft had videos from here and a scannable QR display from the workshop. One brief, one account, one invoice — say so in the brief and it is quoted as one job.

What that number means, and what happens next

It is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Ticking boxes here orders nothing and binds neither of us. It is a way of finding out whether we are in the same ballpark before you spend an afternoon writing a brief.

The quote is the real number. Send the brief and you get a written quote, line by line, valid for thirty days. If it comes back outside the range this page showed you, the quote says why — that is the deal being made by publishing prices at all.

Materials are not in it. Print stock, vinyl, substrate and fixings are quoted at cost plus handling once size and material are settled, because guessing them is how a fixed price becomes a bad one for somebody.

  1. You send a brief. Three fields matter — what it is for, when you need it, and roughly what you have to spend. A budget is not a negotiating position; it is what decides whether we should be talking at all, and saying it early saves us both a week.
  2. We reply with a written quote. Line by line, with what is and is not included, valid for thirty days. , and a job accepted under it is a contract with the company.
  3. You accept it, or you do not. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you have accepted in writing. Changing the job afterwards means a new quote rather than a surprise on the invoice.
  4. You see it before it is final. Photographs, cuts, artwork and signage proofs all come to you for sign-off. Anything printed, cut or fitted is signed off first, because those are the ones that cannot be undone.

The files are yours. Full-resolution originals and print-ready artwork, licensed to you outright — not a subscription, and not a login you lose access to if you stop working with us.

Whose name the work goes out under

Marketing we make for you goes out as yours, and we do not put our name on your shopfront. Marketing about 3D Essentials goes out under that name, and anything about the business as a whole — the YouTube channel, partnerships, trade and recruitment — goes out under Freddie Sparrow Limited directly. Where a post, video or placement is paid for or sponsored, it is marked as such, whichever name it went out under.

Prices were last reviewed in September 2026 and are reviewed twice a year. A quote already sent is honoured at the price it was sent at, for its full thirty days.
