Published ranges: one short-form video is £450–900, four videos from a single shoot day are £1,400–2,600, and print artwork is £120–280. There is no VAT to add. A range is an indication; a real price comes from a written quote against a brief.
We do not build or run websites, offer SEO or run advertising accounts. We do not sell product photography as a service and we do not do aerial or drone work. We do not draw wordmarks or write brand guidelines. We make short-form video and print artwork, and anything physical is made by 3D Essentials, which is the same business and the same account.
Yes. Say so in the brief and the job runs on an invoice, which is how most schools, practices, charities and councils pay. A purchase order number can be quoted and carried onto the invoice. Paying on invoice does not require an account.
You get a licence to use it for your own marketing, worldwide, perpetual and non-exclusive, and those rights pass on payment in full rather than on delivery. Full copyright assignment is available and is priced differently — ask before the quote is issued. Working files, such as project files, RAW photographs and unused footage, are not included unless bought separately.
A video shoot is filmed at your premises, mainly in Hertfordshire and the surrounding area — travel beyond 25 miles of Welwyn Garden City is charged at cost and appears on the quote. Welwyn Garden City is the registered office address, not a workshop: the business runs from more than one private premises, some of them residential, so their addresses are not published and there is nothing to visit. Print artwork can be done for anyone anywhere.
Music is licensed rather than owned, and the licence limits what the finished video may be used for. A track licensed for organic social use is not licensed for paid advertising. The quote names the licence bought and what it covers, so that using the video outside that is a decision rather than an accident.
Yes, and it is the reason this exists. 3D Essentials is the same business and runs the workshop, so a sign, a display, a prototype or a small batch can be quoted on the same document as the video. Red 1 Airsoft had videos from here and a scannable QR display from the workshop. One brief, one account, one invoice.
A written quote, line by line, normally within two working days of a brief. It is valid for thirty days. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until it is accepted in writing.
