Forty-five minutes, on a call — our premises are private, so a video shoot happens at yours and a discovery call happens on the phone. We go through what you are trying to do and you leave with a plan and a realistic number, whether or not you use us. Credited in full against the job if it goes ahead within three months.

Print artwork, one item £140

One printed item — cards, or a leaflet, or a label, or a menu — designed and delivered as print-ready files you own. One round of changes included. Printing itself is quoted separately, because the cost depends entirely on stock and quantity.

These sit inside the rate-card ranges above rather than undercutting them: the fixed price is what the tightly-scoped version of that job costs, and the range is what it costs once the scope opens up.

One account, and it is with the business

Paying uses your Freddie Sparrow Limited account — the same one as the 3D Essentials shop, the order tracking and the invoices. 3D Essentials is the name of the shop; the account, the quote and the invoice are with the business behind it, which is who you are actually contracting with. One account covers both, and the files, the proofs, the quote and the invoice all arrive in one place whether the job came from here or from there. If you do not have one yet it is made at the card page on the way through.

The terms you accept at checkout are the ones in force that day, and a date is confirmed by email once payment clears, not by this page.

Signing in happens on 3dessentials.co.uk, not here. There is no login on this site — it hands you over to the one place your account lives.

If you would rather not pay by card

You do not have to, and nothing here depends on it. Send a brief instead and you get a written quote, payable by card or on an invoice — which is how most schools and businesses do it anyway. That route works whether or not card payment is switched on, and needs no account at all to start.

Paying on invoice

Schools, practices, charities and businesses that pay through a finance office do not need a card, and nothing on this page requires one. Say so in the brief and the job runs on an invoice instead.

  1. Tell us in the brief. There is a box for it below. If your finance office needs a quote in a particular form before it will raise anything, say that too — we would rather write it their way once than three times.
  2. You get the written quote as usual. Line by line, valid thirty days. That is the document a purchase order is normally raised against.
  3. The work happens, then the invoice. It carries the reference, the lines as quoted, and the bank details for a transfer. , with its registered details and company number on it.
  4. Lost it? Any invoice can be re-sent to your account's email address from the orders page, which is the answer when it needs forwarding to whoever actually pays.

Being straight about the order: for a first job on invoice, the work usually starts once the quote is accepted in writing and the purchase order number is with us. Repeat customers, and schools with an account, we just get on with.
